How It Works
We make storage simple and enjoyable. StorageTree takes the hassle out of self-storage by bringing affordable storage to your doorstep. You’ll never have to make an inconvenient trip!
Select storage and schedule appointments. Pick your preferred date and timeslot where we’ll drop-off empty boxes and collect your items for storage. Drop-off and collection of new items are always free! (Except for large, bulky items and furniture.)
Pack and snap a picture. We’ll wait for up to 15 minutes while you pack (if you’ve ordered 3 StorageTree boxes or less), or you can schedule a later pick-up within the next 14 days. Snap a picture of your items and update your storage description on your StorageTree account. This helps you retrieve items easily in the future.
Store. Once everything’s packed, our fleet of professionally-trained drivers will transport them to our secure storage facilities.
Deliver. Need something back? Login to your account and select the items you want to retrieve. We’ll have them delivered back as early as within 2 working days. We will also drop you an email and SMS to help you remember your appointments.
Your StorageTree account is your online organiser for your stored items!
- It shows the real-time status of your boxes (in storage, pending or retrieved)
- It maintains an inventory of your items where you can upload pictures, name your boxes, and describe what’s inside
- It allows you to schedule new orders or retrieval of boxes
Safety and security are part of StorageTree’s promise to our customers. We work carefully to ensure that your boxes and items are safe from fire (our warehouse meets the SCDF safety requirements), moisture, dust, and of course, damage. Our warehouse has a security alarm system (linked directly to the police), 24/7 CCTV monitoring, break sensors on all doors, and a dedicated team of our very own warehouse operatives.
For security reasons, we are unable to allow public access to our storage facilities. Access and handling are only performed by our professionally-trained team to ensure the safety and security of our customer’s stored items.
As we value our customer’s privacy, it is our policy to keep your boxes sealed as much as possible. However, in rare occasions, if boxes are too heavy for our team, we might have to open one of your boxes. We might also open your boxes if your items breach our Terms and Conditions.
Our customer service and delivery hours are:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Saturday, 9am to 12.30pm
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please drop us an e-mail at email@example.com during non-working hours and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
