Our team will wait for 15 minutes while we try to contact you. However, to avoid a no-show fee of $20, please ensure that you (or a family member) are available when we come by to deliver or collect your items.

If you’ve ordered 3 or fewer standard boxes, our driver will wait for up to 15 minutes while you pack. If you've ordered more than 3 boxes, please choose another collection date so that you have sufficient time to pack! Be assured that there are no extra charges when we come by to collect the packed boxes on another day.

Absolutely; we welcome residents as well as business owners to use our storage services.

Simply login to your StorageTree Account, choose the items you need, and pick a delivery date. We can deliver your items as early as within the next 2 working days.

We apply a base price of $15 per trip, which includes 1 free StorageTree box or customer’s box.

For additional items per trip, our retrieval charges are:

• StorageTree or customer’s box (from 2^nd box onwards): $3 per box
• Luggage, golf bag, stroller, air-conditioner, dehumidifier, or air purifier: $10 per item
• Bicycle: $25 per bike
• Different charges apply to furniture and other bulky items due to differences in weight and dimensions. Contact us for a quote.

For instance, if you want to retrieve 2 boxes and a stroller, you pay $15+$3+$10 = $28!

Yes! At no extra cost, you can change where you’ll want your items delivered. Simply login to your StorageTree account to update your address.
